Good quality and versatile low profile pack

"Pretty good little ruck trainer pack. Well constructed and slim enough to keep the added weight close to your center of balance. The straps have enough padding to not be terribly uncomfortable on a hike. Will hold weights/plates of generic size no problem. Zippers work smoothly, and don’t bind up. I would say this pack does great for the price considering I have seen some that aren’t any better for way more money."

Great alternative to a bulky bag

"I ordered this for my husband to use during workouts as an alternative to carrying around a bulky backpack. Unfortunately, I didn’t measure the weights we already have, and they turned out to be too big for the bag. Luckily, his vest plates fit perfectly, so he’s still able to use it. Overall, the bag feels very sturdy. The clips and buckles are made from heavy-duty plastic, and the padding is thick and comfortable. He likes that it sits high on his back, which makes it great for running or rucking. There’s also a small opening at the top, which looks like it could work for a hydration hose (maybe that’s the intended purpose). The bag itself is compact and minimalist—perfect for working out without the bulk of a regular backpack. So far, he’s used it on a few walks and says it’s comfortable,"

    10x12 weights only

"Seems like a quality product. Comfortable and cushioned. Make sure your ruck weight is 10x12 or smaller. Several brands sell different sized weights and this vest only fits the more compact style. You can use traditional Olympic round weights (CAP brand) but only fit about two 10lbs weights. They seem to fit pretty well honestly. I’ll update if anything breaks on some walks this week. Otherwise it looks good, minimalist and good quality fabric and zippers."

    Don't Weight. Get this now.

"This vest is so comfortable. It is adjustable to fit many body shapes and is padded so the straps do not cut into your shoulders and arms. The plates secure nicely, so there is no sliding. This is important the faster your are moving. A sliding plate will slam against your back (don't ask how I know). This backpack is meant for your weight plates and a small pocket for valuables. You can squeeze other items in the main compartment, but that is not the purpose. If you are looking for a small rucking backpack this one is great. It is a great exercise/ trainer for hikers and everyone."

Solid Ruck Pack with a Narrow Opening

"Use Case – 9/10 Built for rucking and endurance training, this pack has solid construction and feels durable enough for heavy use. Perfect for weight plates and training gear. Performance – 8/10 Carries weight well and feels stable during movement. However, the opening is narrow — I’d recommend making it wide enough to fit a short, wide CamelBak Antidote bladder for more hydration flexibility. Price – 9/10 Good price for the build quality and features. My Two Cents: Widen the main opening to better fit hydration bladders and bulkier gear. This would make the bag more versatile without sacrificing durability. Recommend: Yes"

    Durable Rucking Backpack

"This is an extremely durable pack that will hold weighted plates up to 40 pounds. It stays in place well with the chest straps and the weights stay out even strapped properly in the pack. The straps are well seamed and should withstand a lot of use and abuse. The patches on the front make this fun and give you the grit and determination to carry out your task."

    Solid Ruck Pack

"This is a quality ruck sack for the price point. I read some reviews of the first version, and it seems some of those issues have been addressed in version 2.0. A lot of the sticking on the new version has been re-enforced. The padding is sufficient both on the back and the straps. I've been using it on the treadmill and haven't had any issues. The one thing I don't like is that I had to buy new weights because this pack only fits 12x10-inch plates. I have 2 ten-pound plates in it right now, and I'm worried about if I'll be able to fit a 3rd or 4th. Overall, a very solid pack for the price."

Solid Pack That Fits Well and Great for Rucking

"Review: Overall, this pack has been a great addition to my rucking routine. I am 5'6 and it fits me nicely. The design sits high and snug against my back, which makes it comfortable for both short walks and longer rucks. The weight distributes evenly once loaded, and I never felt it shifting around, even with turns or a steady pace. The padding on the straps is firm but comfortable, and it does a good job reducing pressure without overheating. I like how easy it is to slide a plate in and secure it, once it’s in place, it stays put without bouncing around. I also appreciate the overall simplicity of the pack. It is easy to adjust, easy to load, and doesn’t overcomplicate things with extra bulk. All in all, this ruck is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s sturdy, well-designed, and reliable for regular use. If you’re looking for a straightforward, quality pack that performs as expected on rucks, this is a solid choice."

    Super Comfortable

"This is super comfortable, and using a 10lbs plate, I can walk all day. The padding on the straps is enough to keep it comforting, but plenty of support. The sternum strap is easily adjustable, as well as the should straps themselves, so if you share this, you can easily adjust. The color is true OD; not that it matters. Inserting the plate is great. It's not a traditional plate carrier in that you just slide it in. There is a Velcro strap inside keeping the plate from sliding around the pouch, which I think is the best part. Added Bonus: Patches."

    Decent

"This review is for Polyfit Rucking Backpack 2.0 - Weighted Ruck Pack for Weight Plates - Patent Pending Side-Loading Rucksack for Walking, Running, Rucking, Strength and Endurance Training - Black Camo On the one hand, it works well. If you keep it below forty pounds, use the recommended size of weight plates, and tighten the straps to your frame, it is pretty comfortable to ruck with and can add challenge to any workout. The straps and back padding are comfortable, it looks cool, and is quite compact. However, the fabric used, while sturdy, is not enough to stand up to jumping, heavy running, and other more intense motions when approaching the maximum weight. The side loading feature is not terribly impressive, it is difficult to fasten the retaining buckle on the inserted weight plates too.I have the first version of this ruck pack, and it not only fits more plates in it, but is easier to do so as a top loader. Overall, this is a decent weight plate carrier, but I feel it is overpriced and needs higher quality, more durable construction, 3.6 out of five stars."
