Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at support@getpolyfit.com.  We’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restock fees

We charge a 20% restock fee.  Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis if the product is defective or an incorrect product was received.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

All items are covered by our Polyfit Guarantee.  Refer to our Warranty page for detail.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Return Policy does not apply to the following:

    • Supplements
    • Products purchased with a discount code.

Exchanges

Please request an exchange or replacement by contacting us at support@getpolyfit.com.

Generally, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and we will send you a replacement once the item is received.

Polyfit cannot guarantee a replacement of the same color.  Replacements are based on stock and current inventory. If a replacement is necessary, our team will let you know and provide the options available.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  Upon receipt of your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@getpolyfit.com.
